Bakery Manager

Great American Restaurants seeks a hands-on Bakery Manager to lead daily operations within our family-style Food & Beverage concept. You will oversee production of handmade baked goods, manage inventory and scheduling, and uphold strict food safety and quality standards. Partnering with Restaurant General Management, you’ll coach and develop a team in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting. Ideal candidates bring strong bakery or kitchen leadership, a passion for craftsmanship, and a commitment to teamwork, community, and exceptional service in a supportive work environment.
