Sales Representative – 2305 Gulf Freeway South, League City, Texas 77573. TruGreen is seeking a motivated field sales representative to engage homeowners in the neighborhood and introduce them to personalized lawn care solutions. Applicants will work on an ongoing basis and have the opportunity to grow a career within a leading lawn and landscape services company. Responsibilities Serve as the welcoming face in the community, meeting homeowners face‑to‑face to build trust and satisfaction. Engage new and existing customers through door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism, energy, and good vibes. Customize sales messaging to match each household’s lawn care needs. Turn inquiries into closed sales using TruGreen’s proven Sales Playbook. Log all interactions and track performance in a CRM to measure activity and ensure follow‑through. Cross‑sell and upsell additional services to help customers enhance their lawns. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; a passion for sales trumps formal education. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but strong interpersonal skills are essential. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Excellent communication skills, both small talk and closing conversations. Strong time‑management, self‑starter mindset, and ability to work independently. Comfortable using mobile technology and basic app usage for CRM data entry. Physically capable of walking, standing, and lifting up to 25 pounds while working outdoors. Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English. Must be physically located in the United States while performing this job.
