Description As a litigation paralegal at Dordick Law, you will work with an exceptionally talented team of dedicated legal practitioners, supporting civil litigation processes with expertise and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Court filings/eFiling (State and Fed) Tracking SOLs Discovery – propounding and responding Reservation of Court Hearing Dates Preparing Subpoena Objections for Records / Deposits Preparing Stipulations to Cont. Trial Organizing Team meetings (setting up and participating) Expert Retention Sending Experts any and all material for review, including their own transcripts Noticing Depositions / Subpoenas for Depositions Drafting CMC Statements / Initial Trial Setting Conference Statement Required Skills & Experience High proficiency with technology, including AI Minimum 3+ years of experience in civil litigation Bachelor's degree required Must be adept in Office365, CA Code of Civil Procedure and Local Rules, and CRM/CMS Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required You must be punctual, detail‑oriented, organized, excellent in time management, and interested in your career.
