The key requirements in no particular order: Strong PM/Program Manager with vendor management experience Significant expertise in Conversational AI Proven success with Contact Center, Customer Service platforms, or large-scale digital customer experience transformation Excellent executive presence and presentation skills Summary: This role will lead a complex, cross‑functional program to transform the clients customer service model through managing installation and deploying an off the shelf, highly-configurable vendor AI solution chosen during a recent discovery effort. Candidate must possess exceptional leadership presence, communication skills, and ability to partner with stakeholders including executive level. This role requires thorough understanding of organizational change management experience.
