Entry Level Legal Assistant

An established boutique law firm is hiring a law firm Legal Assistant in Davie, 33330. This is a permanent opportunity offering full time hours. Pay is up to $24.00/hr + Benefits + regular pay increases + Paid Training About the law firm: The firm specializes in Estate Planning, Probate & Trusts. With 3 attorneys and a small close-knit staff they offer specialized service to each of their clients while enjoying work-life balance. The managing attorney prides herself on providing a fun and professional place to work with a more relaxed atmosphere for staff. About the position: Answer incoming calls; take messages, transfer or provide basic customer service (mailing address, directions, etc). The assistant also greets clients arriving for scheduled appointments, signs for mail and assists with basic clerical and administrative tasks. Learn how to E-File FLorida legal documents. Learn how to prepare basic legal documents. The ideal candidate will have a paralegal certificate, degree or some law firm experience.
