- # SPS BE Project engineerApplylocations: Hamont-Acheltime type: Full timeposted on: Posted 30+ Days Agojob requisition id: JR31550**Functie**Specificatie, borgen en verbetering van bestaande en nieuwe processen en projecten.* Realisatie van projecten en procesverbeteringen binnen de vooropgestelde budgetten* Uitwerking haalbaarheidsstudies m.b.t. investeringen en introductie nieuwe technologieën* Ondersteunen bij het uitwerken van validatieprotocollen* Uitvoering van validatieprotocollen, in overleg met de kwaliteitsafdeling* Geven van opleidingen en instructies op technisch vlak aan de productie-, technische en kwaliteitsmedewerkers* Aanmaak offerteaanvragen, bestelling en de opvolging ervan in het ERP-systeem, controle en goedkeuring van facturen hiervan* Meewerken aan calculatieaanvragen en het voorstellen van alternatieve oplossingen in overleg met de andere engineers, projectcoördinators en de manager* Technische en praktische coördinatie en procesoptimalisatie van de toegewezen verpakkingslijnen en het bevorderen van verdere ontwikkeling en efficiënt functioneren van die lijnen, in samenwerking met de andere engineers* Uitwerken van operationele parameters (lijnsnelheid, prestatie, wisseltijden,...) en opvolging en bijsturing van dit proces voor het behalen van de vooropgestelde normen* Probleemanalyse met uitwerking van verbeteringsacties, in samenwerking met de andere engineers* Documenteren van de (nieuwe) processen d.m.v. procesbeschrijvingen, URS-en, FAT/SAT, instelinstructies, bedieningsinstructies, preventieve onderhoudsinstructies, storingsanalyseschema’s, opleidingsschema’s, validaties en andere* Onderhouden van contacten met toeleveranciers m.b.t. nieuwe machines/installaties, technische informatie of interventies, in samenspraak met de manager* Het bijwonen van beurzen en het volgen van opleidingen met als doel de technische kennis van machines en processen uit te breiden en te optimaliseren.* Begeleiden en opvolgen van ingehuurd personeel* Uitwerken, opvolgen en up to date houden van projectplannen en projectbudgetten en hun status, van A tot Z* Actief meewerken aan een continu verbeteringsproces* Het nemen van gepaste acties (corrigeren, informeren, stilleggen machines enz.) bij afwijkende kwaliteit of niet correct functioneren van de veiligheidsvoorzieningen* De kwaliteitssystemen omtrent Change Requests en CAPA’s toepassen (Ondersteuning bieden aan de kwaliteitsafdeling bij het definiëren van CAPA’s, deze CAPA’s vertalen naar acties, deze acties uitvoeren en opvolgen).* Het correct toepassen en doen toepassen van de veiligheids-, hygiëne- en kwaliteitsprocedures en –instructies, met uitgebreide aandacht voor een efficiënt beleid* Stimuleren van goede werksfeer, kwaliteitsbewustzijn, klantgerichtheid, flexibiliteit, snelheid, slagvaardigheid en orde en netheid**Profiel*** Technisch ingenieursdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring* Min. 5 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie, bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving.
