Job Description - Operations Specialist Pay Rate: $19.00/hour Shift: 1st Shift Hours: Monday-Friday, approximately 8:30 AM-12:30 PM Weekly Hours: 15-20 hours Resume & Interview: Required Job Summary Provides clerical and administrative support to department managers and assists with daily operations, data entry, reporting, scheduling, and customer service. Responsibilities Provide general clerical and administrative support. Create, distribute, and close customer service tickets. Maintain and distribute department information. Prepare and maintain reports. Assist with scheduling and employee work assignments. Communicate with supervisors, managers, employees, and customers regarding operational and service issues. Use software systems to manage procurement, timekeeping, safety incidents, and contract labor. Assist with data collection and reporting. Assist with payment processing and other financial tasks. Enter and maintain operational data as needed. Assist with operational projects. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 0-3 years of previous experience preferred. Basic computer and administrative skills. Good communication and organizational skills. No certifications or licenses required. Work Environment Primarily an office setting. Regular use of a computer and keyboard. Occasional lifting of items weighing less than 30 pounds. Occasional exposure to noise, odors, dirt, weather extremes, or other workplace conditions.
