Lead CNC Programmer/Machinist

Responsibilities Set up, program, troubleshoot and manage the operation of CNC equipment. Optimize machinery performance. Maintain the schedule and ensure operators complete their work on time. Design and produce fixtures. Ensure 100% tolerances of finished products are maintained per the blueprints. Qualifications DO NOT APPLY unless you have a minimum of 3 to 5+ years of complex machining and programming experience with CNCs. Strong background with 5‑axis equipment. Well‑versed in programming utilizing Mastercam . Accustomed to holding close tolerances. Seasoned in interpreting blueprints.
