If you're detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy providing excellent customer service, this role may be a great fit. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Communicate with retail accounts, drivers, sales reps, and management
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, enter orders, and manage order processing
- Support three Maryland distributors with timely, accurate service
- Set up and maintain retail account records
- Help retailers with web portal setup and ongoing support
- Stay informed about product offerings and communicate updates to customers
