Habilitation Support Specialist — Empower Independence
Jewish Board of Family and Children's Services
The Jewish Board's Mishkon Division is seeking a Habilitation Support Professional to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home and community-based settings and in day habilitation programs. You will follow individualized service plans to promote independence and person-centered decision making. Key duties include ensuring client safety, supporting personal hygiene, documenting progress in our electronic health record, collaborating with families, and #J-18808-Ljbffr Jewish Board of Family and Children's Services
