Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse needed for a 7-week travel-style assignment focused on long-term care in a skilled nursing setting. Location: Belen, New Mexico, United States. Start date: 06/01/2026. Schedule: 3x12-hour days (06:00–18:30). Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Weekly pay: $788-$824 per week. Local-only assignment.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting under the supervision of a registered nurse
- Monitor vital signs, assess residents, and document changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policy
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the chart and communicate changes to the supervising nurse
- Support infection control practices and ensure resident safety through proper care and privacy standards

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
- Availability for a 7-week assignment starting 06/01/2026
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (06:00–18:30) and maintain local-only status
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with the care team
