Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

As the Category Development Manager, Walmart, you will report to the Category Director and play a critical role in driving category growth through strategic insights, analytics, and collaboration. You will leverage data, shopper understanding, and commercial expertise to identify opportunities, influence decisions, and develop category strategies that create value for Walmart and our organization.

This role requires a strong foundation in Walmart category management, a passion for uncovering insights, and the ability to translate complex data into compelling, actionable recommendations. The successful candidate is naturally curious, shopper-focused, collaborative, and motivated by continuous learning and innovation.

You will serve as a trusted category expert, partnering closely with the sale s team, cross-functional stakeholders, and internal business partners to shape category strategies, execute key initiatives, and deliver measurable results.

Your responsibilities

• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and growth recommendations.

• Develop category insights and Omni Channel strategies aligned with retailer priorities.

• Support business planning, assortment, merchandising, and go-to-market initiatives.

• Partner cross-functionally to execute strategies and track performance.

• Build and influence stakeholder relationships.

The experience we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• 3+ years of Walmart category management experience.

• Strong stakeholder influence and cross-functional collaboration.

• Data-driven with strong analytical skills.

• Customer relationship management experience.

• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and syndicated data tools.Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.

• Organized, adaptable and self-motivated.
