Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary:
Provide speech-language pathology services to students in a school setting, supporting their communication development and academic success. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and implementing interventions for speech and language disorders within a K-12 environment.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ speech and language abilities through formal and informal assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting communication needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress.
• Document session outcomes and progress notes accurately and timely.
• Adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs and comply with educational standards.
• Maintain licensure and adhere to all regulatory and school district policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Clinical Fellowship Speech-Language Pathologist (CF-SLP) license.
• Demonstrate experience working with K-12 students in a school environment.
• Possess strong assessment and diagnostic skills in speech and language disorders.
• Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Be available to start ASAP and commit to the duration through June 2027.
• Maintain a professional, student-focused approach and adhere to confidentiality standards.
