Maintenance MechanicPay: $21–$27/hourShifts Available1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AMMust-Have Qualifications2–4 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment.Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production or packaging equipment.Strong mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.Experience performing preventive maintenance and responding to equipment breakdowns.Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and safe maintenance practices.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Strong communication skills and ability to document repairs and maintenance activities.PreferredPharmaceutical manufacturing experience.Working knowledge of cGMP, FDA regulations, and manufacturing SOPs.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing and packaging equipment.Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs efficiently to minimize production downtime.Install and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic equipment.Support equipment setup and changeovers.Replace defective parts and complete maintenance documentation.Identify and communicate equipment issues and recommend improvements to increase reliability and efficiency.Follow all safety procedures, including LOTO requirements, while maintaining a clean and safe work area.Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
