Job Summary
Occupational Therapist Inpatient (OT IP) Located in a state-of-the-art facility approximately 30 minutes from Little Rock and one hour from Hot Springs, this inpatient rehabilitation position involves providing therapy services to adult patients (18+) with diverse diagnoses such as stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, and joint replacements. The role requires delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment within a community-oriented hospital setting.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid discipline-specific license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, 0 years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in patient rehabilitation is preferred.
• Additional Information: The position involves working one weekend (Saturday and Sunday) per month, depending on patient census and needs. The unit includes adult patients (18+) with a patient ratio of 5:1 and utilizes specialized equipment such as Vectra Bioness Gait Training System, Bionik Arm, Synaptic, LiteGait, Saebo, and upcoming Ekso Skeleton. Electronic health records are maintained using Cerner.
• First Day Instructions: Scrub color is black. Report time is 8:00 AM.
