ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a team of four. Before returning to agency ownership, I served as a State Farm agent in Alaska, worked as a Sales Leader, and later held a corporate role. I ultimately realized my passion was working directly with customers and developing a great team. Outside of work, I'm a foodie who loves traveling, spending time with family, and exploring new places with my two dogs and cat.

We enjoy staying involved in the community through local events and activities. Building relationships with our neighbors is an important part of who we are and how we serve our customers.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Kelsey DeLuca - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
