Music & Arts seeks a full-time Senior Sales Associate to lead customer service and sales in a student-focused retail environment. You’ll guide students, parents, and educators in choosing instruments, rentals, and lessons, leveraging deep product and music knowledge. Responsibilities include driving store sales, presenting promotions, enrolling students in lessons, supporting school programs, and maintaining merchandising and inventory standards. You’ll mentor team members, open and close the store, handle POS and cash procedures, and uphold a collaborative, inclusive culture centered on music education and community engagement.
