Hotel Director Of Sales
The Hotel Director of Sales leads the companys sales strategy, manages the sales team, and drives revenue growth. This role is responsible for setting sales goals, developing plans to achieve them, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Compensation: $55,000 to $80,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets.
- Lead, coach, and support the sales team across all locations.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust plans as needed.
- Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports for senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
