Code Enforcement Officer

Location: Denton, TX Area Employment Type: Part-time Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in Code Enforcement Registered Code Enforcement Officer (RCEO) with the State of Texas required Valid Class C driver’s license with a clean driving record Responsibilities: Conduct field inspections and investigate complaints to enforce municipal codes related to property maintenance, zoning, signage, environmental concerns, and abandoned/junk vehicles Issue notices of violation, citations, and stop-work orders; clearly communicate corrective actions to property owners, contractors, and the public Document case evidence with photographs, inspection notes, and reports; maintain accurate case files in VertexPlans Prepare and present cases for Municipal Court or administrative hearings, providing testimony as required Prepare and submit weekly timesheet reports to the supervisor in accordance with company procedures Compensation: $30 – $40 per hour, based on experience and certifications Part-Time, On-Call — Hours are not guaranteed and will vary based on client needs Aoka is an equal opportunity employer (EEO) , providing fair employment to all applicants and employees. #J-18808-Ljbffr Aoka
