Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor: Required
• At least two years recent experience in the field: Required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct the activities of assigned nursing staff and coordinate care with other disciplines.
• Collect relevant data pertinent to the patient's health or situation and analyze it to determine diagnosis and care issues.
• Develop and implement care plans, coordinating care delivery to promote health and ensure a safe environment.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to provide patient care in a safe and caring environment.
• Participate in discharge planning and provide educational opportunities for patients and team members.
