Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor: Required
- At least two years recent experience in the field: Required

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of assigned nursing staff and coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Collect relevant data pertinent to the patient's health or situation and analyze it to determine diagnosis and care issues.
- Develop and implement care plans, coordinating care delivery to promote health and ensure a safe environment.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to provide patient care in a safe and caring environment.
- Participate in discharge planning and provide educational opportunities for patients and team members.
