Traveling Roofing Supervisor - Commercial Steep SlopeFull-Time | Nationwide TravelAbout JRC:JRC is a nationwide commercial roofing contractor headquartered just north of Nashville, TN. We are licensed to operate in 48 states and specialize in steep-slope roof replacements for commercial and multi-family properties. We are hiring Project Supervisors to oversee on-site operations and manage prequalified subcontractor crews across the country. This role requires 90% travel, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards on every job. Our team is growing!Nationwide travel is a MUST!Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate the work of prequalified traveling subcontractor crewsTravel to job sites nationwide (90% travel required)Ensure job site safety, work quality, and adherence to project specificationsConduct site inspections and perform final walk-throughs with property managersSubmit daily and weekly job reports, photos, and required documentationManage minor on-site materials and coordinate with internal teams as neededArrange lodging within company guidelines for each project tripRepresent JRC professionally and uphold company values and standardsRequirements:Experience supervising commercial roofing crews (steep-slope strongly preferred)Familiarity with shingles, tile, slate, and sheet metal (coping cap, flashing, etc.)Willingness and availability to travel 90% of the time (multi-day/multi-week trips)Valid driver's license and clean driving recordAbility to lift and carry 50+ lbs on a regular basisStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsComfortable using basic mobile technology for reporting and documentationWhat We Offer:Company Vehicle providedCompany Purchase Card for fuel and job-related materials$40/day Per Diem for each night away from homeHotel / Lodging expenses coveredOSHA 30 certification or other safety trainingMedical, Dental, Vision InsuranceCompany-Paid Life Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time Off + Paid HolidaysGuaranteed year-round workSupportive leadership and a stable, experienced teamJob Details:Job Type: Full-TimeLocation: Based near Nashville, TN - 90% Travel NationwideCompensation: Competitive salary + benefits + bonus (based on experience)
