Electrical Superintendent

Our client is a growing commercial electrical contractor based in Charlotte, NC, delivering projects across a wide range of commercial sectors. With a strong reputation for quality workmanship and repeat business, they continue to expand their operations and are looking to strengthen their project management team. The business currently employs around 40 field staff and a close-knit office team consisting of Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimating and Administration. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an experienced Electrical Project Manager to support their expanding workload. About the role: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial electrical construction projects from pre-construction through to completion. Projects typically range from $1M-$3M and include: Ground-up commercial construction Renovations Design-build work Responsibilities include: Managing project schedules and budgets Coordinating field teams and subcontractors Client communication and relationship management Procurement and change order management Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget About you: The ideal candidate will have: Minimum 4-6 years' experience as an Electrical Superintendent Commercial electrical construction experience Experience managing projects valued between $1M-$3M Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously A stable work history with a proactive attitude What's on Offer: Salary based on experience Company vehicle or $500/month vehicle allowance Medical, Dental & Vision insurance from Day One 401(k) with company match Negotiable PTO Long-term career progression with a growing contractor Please note: Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening, including marijuana. #J-18808-Ljbffr Just Construction Recruitment
