The staffing includes 1 charge RN, 7 RNs, and 3 CNAs on the day shift, and 1 charge RN, 6 RNs, and 2 CNAs on the night shift. Patient ratios are 1:5 for day shifts and 1:6 for night shifts. Typical equipment used includes Alaris IV pumps, Pyxis, Arjo lifts, Novastat, and computers in every room with EMR Meditech. Candidates must be flexible to work either days or nights. The ideal candidate is friendly, team-oriented, and able to make strong personal connections. Two weekends per month are required, with on-call duties only during low volume periods.
