Interim Accounts Payable Specialist

Overview Interim Accounts Payable Specialist position in Burlington, MA. The Interim Accounts Payable Specialist supports the Accounts Payable function and assists the accounting team with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience and experience working within Oracle Cloud ERP. This is a 3+ month contract position paying between $50-$60/hour (depending on experience). This role supports a hybrid work model, consisting of 1-2 days on-site per week in Burlington, MA. Candidates must be able to work onsite in 1-2 days per week in Burlington, MA. Responsibilities Support daily Accounts Payable operations. Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently. Assist with invoice review and payment processing activities. Research and resolve Accounts Payable discrepancies and inquiries. Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate records. Support month-end accounting activities and reporting requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely resolution of outstanding items. Assist with process improvement initiatives and special projects as needed. Manage multiple priorities while meeting established deadlines. Provide additional support as needed. Qualifications 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience. Experience using Oracle Cloud ERP is strongly preferred. Experience working in a high-volume Accounts Payable environment. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
