Trillium Staffing is now seeking an Outbound Shipping Coordinator in Phoenix, Arizona for a temp-to-hire opportunity!

Pay rate is $26-$28/hour. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with OT as needed.

The Outbound Coordinator supports daily distribution center operations by coordinating orders, inventory transfers, assembly schedules, shipping activities, and warehouse reporting. This role monitors order status, prioritizes past-due orders, coordinates with internal teams, and helps ensure shipments are processed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Print and assign daily pick tickets
• Schedule and coordinate assembly orders
• Process group and transfer orders
• Monitor, prioritize, and troubleshoot past-due orders
• Follow up on late transfer and purchase orders
• Expedite inventory when possible to meet customer needs
• Track missed shipments and ensure deadlines are met
• Monitor and respond to emails
• Prepare metrics and warehouse activity reports
• Support efficient shipping, receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment
• Follow company policies and safety procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and work effectively toward team goals
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Epicor experience preferred
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to become certified
