Shipping Coordinator

Shipping CoordinatorTrillium Staffing is now seeking an Outbound Shipping Coordinator in Phoenix, Arizona for a temp-to-hire opportunity!Pay rate is $26-$28/hour. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with OT as needed.The Outbound Coordinator supports daily distribution center operations by coordinating orders, inventory transfers, assembly schedules, shipping activities, and warehouse reporting. This role monitors order status, prioritizes past-due orders, coordinates with internal teams, and helps ensure shipments are processed accurately and on time.Key Responsibilities:Print and assign daily pick ticketsSchedule and coordinate assembly ordersProcess group and transfer ordersMonitor, prioritize, and troubleshoot past-due ordersFollow up on late transfer and purchase ordersExpedite inventory when possible to meet customer needsTrack missed shipments and ensure deadlines are metMonitor and respond to emailsPrepare metrics and warehouse activity reportsSupport efficient shipping, receiving, stocking, and order fulfillmentFollow company policies and safety proceduresPerform other duties as assignedQualifications & Skills:High school diploma or equivalentStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to lead and work effectively toward team goalsDetail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookEpicor experience preferredForklift certification preferred or ability to become certifiedTrillium has been recruiting and placing professionals for over 30 years.
