Quality Assurance Lead

CFS Quality Assurance Lead Sirius Staffing is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead in Whitsett, NC. Please contact us for more information. Pay Rate: $25 1st shift - 6:30am to 3:00pm This role is responsible for ensuring customer orders are completed accurately, defects are identified and corrected, and operational processes consistently meet Lenovo and customer standards. You'll lead quality audits, investigate errors, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, track quality metrics, and drive continuous improvement across configuration, imaging, inventory, packaging, shipping, and returns operations. Key Responsibilities Lead quality audits and process evaluations Investigate defects, customer complaints, and operational errors Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA plans Track quality KPIs including defect rates, inventory accuracy, rework, and customer complaints Improve SOPs, training programs, and operational processes Partner with Operations, Engineering, Inventory, and Logistics teams Drive continuous improvement and quality initiatives Ensure compliance with Lenovo standards and customer requirements What We’re Looking For Experience in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Experience leading audits and process reviews Strong RCA and problem-solving skills Experience implementing corrective actions and process improvements Strong Excel and reporting skills Leadership experience and ability to influence cross-functional teams Bonus Points IT hardware, fulfillment, configuration, or logistics experience Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience Quality systems and audit program experience Continuous Improvement leadership Sirius Staffing is an equal‑opportunity employer.
