AI Solutions Architect

To guide the expansion of AI for Nonprofits service offerings, the full-time remote AI Solutions Architect will manage the development and quality of services, oversee project teams, and contribute to industry thought leadership while collaborating with clients and internal teams. Key responsibilities Guide the development and implementation of AI solutions tailored for nonprofit business processes Lead project teams through the implementation cycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and client requirements Contribute to industry thought leadership by producing content and representing the company at industry events Required qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience designing and deploying generative AI or LLM-based solutions in a consulting or enterprise context Minimum 3 years of experience in the nonprofit sector with familiarity in common nonprofit business processes Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate AI capabilities across disparate systems Minimum 3 years of experience leading technology implementation project teams using Agile and Waterfall methodologies Exceptional communication and presentation skills
