What You'll Do

You'll play an important role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly while gaining valuable experience across a broad range of accounting functions:

Prepare and post recurring and non-recurring journal entries in Sage 50

Assist with month-end and year-end close activities

Prepare monthly financial reports for management

Perform balance sheet reconciliations and account analysis

Manage daily cash reporting and assist with cash flow forecasting

Participate in weekly finance meetings to review cash needs and financial performance

Support financial analysis, reporting, special projects, and ad hoc requests

Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation

Assist with administrative duties and other accounting projects as needed

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, curious, dependable, and excited to grow. You don't need to know everything on day one—we value people who are ready to learn, take ownership, and contribute.

You'll bring:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)

1–3 years of accounting experience (preferred)

Experience with ERP systems; Sage 50 experience is a plus

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Strong written and verbal communication skills

A collaborative mindset and willingness to pitch in

Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player

This position is based at our Walpole, MA office. We believe there's real value in working together—collaborating with colleagues, learning from one another, and being part of the day-to-day team experience. This is an on-site position and is not available as a remote role.
