Drive Portfolio Growth & Expansion: Act as the primary account manager for a portfolio of healthcare partners, identifying opportunities to scale current programs, and expand Factor’s footprint within their broader clinical ecosystems. Execute High-Impact Launches: Lead the implementation of new partner programs or expanded service lines, coordinating every detail from user account setup to workflow mapping. Coordinate Cross-Functional Integration: Work closely with Product, Supply Chain, and Nutrition teams to translate the evolving needs of healthcare partners into seamless internal workflows. Lead Strategic Partner Success: Resolve complex questions with high-touch, solution-oriented responses that build the long-term trust necessary for partnership expansion.
