Responsibilities Greeting visitors and providing professional assistance to customers and prospects regarding products and services. Coordinating appointments, managing support tickets, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal departments. Handling order processing from receipt to invoicing while supporting logistics, delivery, and returns management. Maintaining and updating relevant customer, sales, and master data within SAP and HubSpot CRM systems.
