Leave of Absence Coordinator

IDR is seeking a Leave of Absence Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an onsite opportunity in Rancho Mirage, CA. This role involves supporting employee leave programs within a healthcare-focused organization, ensuring compliance and effective management through coordinating leave processes and data. Position Overview for the Leave of Absence Coordinator: Manage and coordinate employee leave of absence cases, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements. Serve as the point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on leave procedures and documentation. Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of leave data. Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Assist in process improvement initiatives related to leave administration. Requirements for the Leave of Absence Coordinator: Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and HR information systems One (1) year of leave of absence administration experience; Healthcare experience preferred Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines Detailed oriented What's in it for you?
