Compass Health Center seeks an Adolescent Group Therapist to lead DBT/CBT groups for youths aged 12–18 in a 100% onsite Falls Church, VA setting. Start in mid January with five weeks of training before patient care begins, joining a mission-driven team focused on evidence-based care. You will deliver crisis intervention, craft treatment plans, and support families through coaching and follow-up, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team in a high acuity environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Compass Health Center
