Adult Group Therapist: CBT/DBT in Crisis Care

Compass Health Center in Falls Church, VA is seeking an Adult Group Therapist to lead evidence-based groups (CBT, DBT, ACT) for adults 18+ and some 12+ capacity. The role focuses on crisis intervention, treatment planning, and family coaching in a collaborative, onsite setting. Launch January with five weeks of training, then full-time, on-site work at our Falls Church location. Requires psychology Doctorate or Master’s license in VA, 1+ year post‑Master’s experience, strong CBT/DBT skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr Compass Health Center
