The Opportunity

As an Executive Office Strategic Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and projects within our Internal Firm Services practice. You will support leaders by managing key responsibilities, representing their perspectives in meetings, and anticipating their future needs. This role involves organizing leadership team calls and meetings, overseeing research and data analysis, and promoting consistent execution across sectors. You will collaborate across lines of service to facilitate knowledge sharing and promote technology and tools for sales and delivery.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality outcomes. You are responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' unique strengths while managing performance to meet expectations. With your growing business acumen, you will identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. In this role, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.

Responsibilities

- Managing strategic initiatives and projects to support leadership in achieving organizational goals
- Coordinating and organizing leadership team meetings and calls to facilitate effective communication and decision-making
- Overseeing research and data analysis to provide insights and support strategic planning
- Promoting consistent execution across sectors by collaborating with various lines of service
- Utilizing digital tools and technology to enhance operational efficiency and delivery
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Developing and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in constructive conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues
- Tracking and reporting on project progress to maintain alignment with strategic objectives
- Encouraging innovation and embracing change to drive continuous improvement in operations

What You Must Have

- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 4 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master of Arts or a Master's of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management,Data Processing/Analytics/Science,Economics,Analytics
- Demonstrating proficiency in AI-Human Collaboration and AI Fluency
- Utilizing advanced analytical thinking for strategic decision-making
- Excelling in change management and change communications
- Leveraging digital tooling for operational execution
- Managing complex project management tasks effectively
- Facilitating meeting coordination and strategic questioning

The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
