Travel Physical Therapist Opportunity

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join as a traveling Physical Therapist in Milton, FL working in an outpatient setting. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, document care, and support student learning and professional development. You will follow state practice acts, maintain licensure, and support organizational safety and compliance initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience performing comprehensive PT evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and documenting using approved formats in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Demonstrated ability to provide outpatient care and progress patients toward functional goals and discharge.
• Ability to supervise and mentor students when assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous outpatient clinic experience.
• Experience with functional outcome measures, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry.
• Participation in performance improvement initiatives or prior experience with competency programs.

Assignment Details

• Schedule: 5x8.
