Founded in 2004, we have a strong history of providing recruitment strategies and utilizing effective project and quality management methodologies to ensure our clients success.FM Talent Source is currently seeking a Program Support Specialist to ensure grantees receive pertinent information from Office of Head Start (OHS), including Information Memorandums, Program Instructions, and OHS announcements regarding initiatives, priorities, and quality expectations.ResponsibilitiesProvide ongoing assistance to grantees by facilitating the interpretation and understanding of Federal HS Program Performance StandardsProvide consistent oversight and support to grantees to ensure full compliance with all Federal regulationsMaintain detailed and complete official electronic grant files, records pertaining to the receipt and tracking of grant applications and the grant review process, including negotiations and any post-award change requestsParticipate in onsite monitoring visits, including follow ups and desk reviews as part of the monitoring review processParticipate in onsite yearly grantee visits as scheduled by the Regional OfficeReview programmatic status reports, Program Information Report (PIR) data, monitoring data, monitor review findings, and work with programs to resolve any issues, noncompliance's or deficienciesUtilize the Grant Solutions and Head Start Enterprise (HSES) as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree in business, public administration, education or related field, master's degree highly preferred, from an accredited university or college.At least 5 years of progressive professional experience directly related to the task activities including federal discretionary grants management, non?profit or for?profit program and/or financial management, and regulatory compliance monitoring and oversight.Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with early childhood programs, education, social services, or other relevant experiences; with a preference for Head Start/Early Head Start programs.Demonstrated knowledge with Head Start Program Performance Standards.Demonstrated ability in utilize a variety of data management software packages.Demonstrated ability to aggregate, analyze and present data gathered from multiple sources.Demonstrated experience in successfully engaging in complex, multi?faceted projects including experience in implementing quality assurance systems and follow?up.Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writingWhat to Expect NextAfter submitting your application, please monitor the email address you used to apply, as well as your phone and text messages (if you opted in), for updates from our team.If You Are Selected to Move ForwardIf your application is selected for our prescreening stage, you may be contacted in one of the following ways:An invitation to complete a one-way video interviewAn email requesting a live prescreen interviewA phone call to schedule a prescreen interviewA text message to schedule a prescreen interview (only if you opted in during the application process)During the Prescreening StageOnce you complete your prescreen interview, you can expect:Within approximately one week, a call or email with next steps ORA call or email notifying you that you were not selected to move forwardIf You Advance to InterviewIf selected for a position, you will receive a phone call from a member of our recruitment team with a verbal offerIf you accept, a written contingent offer will followIf you are not selected after an interview, you will receive both a phone call and an email with your statusIf You Are Not Selected to Move ForwardIf your application is not selected for the prescreen stage, you will receive an email notification.Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status or other characteristics protected by law.JT23
