Using your unique talents, passion for technology, and customer service skills, you will have the power to create the ultimate in-store experience. Please note that all benefits are subject to the terms and conditions of the plan document or insurance policy.We are proud our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment.Employees accrue paid time off each pay period at a rate of no less than 40 hours per year for their first year and 80 hours per year each year thereafter. Employees in some states, as required by their state's law, will accrue and may roll-over sick time. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense.
