Be The Voice Behind The Experience Not every member walks into a branch. Sometimes they call with questions. Sometimes they send a message through digital banking. Sometimes they connect through a Personal Teller Machine. Sometimes they simply need someone who can help. As our Part-Time Call Center Agent, you'll be one of the people members turn to when they need answers, solutions, and support. Whether you're assisting with transactions, resolving issues, or helping members navigate our products and services, you'll play an important role in creating a positive member experience across every channel. Some people answer questions. Others create experiences that keep members coming back. This role includes the transactional responsibilities you'd expect, but the impact goes far beyond processing requests. You'll: Help members through phone, chat, email, and video interactions. Take ownership of member questions and work toward first-call resolution whenever possible. Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing. Support members with online banking, mobile banking, debit cards, and digital services. Identify opportunities to connect members with products and services that may improve their financial experience. Deliver service that is professional, accurate, and genuinely helpful.
