Job Highlights:Outpatient-only role
Clinic operating hours are Monday through Friday
Focus exclusively on senior patients (aged 65 and above)
Manageable patient panels that foster strong relationships between physicians and patients
Comprehensive support team allowing physicians to dedicate quality time to each patient
Utilization of cloud-based EMR and cutting-edge technology
Modern facilities that are newly constructed and situated within the community
Full-time employment position
Compensation structure includes a guaranteed annual salary, performance-based annual bonus (focused on quality metrics rather than RVUs or volume), and a signing bonus
Comprehensive malpractice insurance, including full tail coverage
Medical benefits, including retirement options
Paid time off for continuing medical education (CME) along with an annual stipend
Standard PTO plus an additional 10 holiday PTO days each year
Graduates with an M.D. or D.O. degree
Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (mandatory)
Experience in a Managed Care or Medicare Advantage model is advantageous
Fellowship training in Geriatrics is welcomed but not essential
Must possess an active, non-probationary medical license in Wisconsin or have the capability to obtain one
