This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The position also involves regular collaboration with Sales and Operations teams. Upon acceptance of offer, we will coordinate new hire paperwork and pre-employment substance abuse screening (Drug Free Employer).Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited To:Daily Cash Reconciliation for multiple locationsVerify accuracy in cash salesReconcile and track cash collectedFollow up on outstanding balances owedPrepare and record deposits for multiple companiesProcess remote deposit capture transactions dailyFollow up on returned checks for collectionProcess credit applicationsFollow up on accuracy of applicationCredit referencesSet up new customer accountsGenerate and provide vouchers and supporting documents for invoicesMaintain and organize ticketing documents for multiple locationsEssential Functions:Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.Ability to work at a computer for extended periods of timeRequired Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentWorking knowledge of general office equipmentExperience with MS Word, Outlook and ExcelProficient in typingStrong organization and note taking skillsExceptional verbal communication and customer service skillsAbility to establish strong working relationships with customers and teammatesStrong attention to detailAbility to multitask and operate efficiently while ensuring accuracyMust be able to work well in a high-pressure environment and adapt to the unexpectedStrong sense of urgency, time management and understanding of deadlinesAbility to adapt to change and willingness to take on new responsibilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to maintain reliable attendancePrevious experience in scale operations or dispatch is a plusConstruction materials industry knowledge preferredCompensation: Competitive wage commensurate with experience.
