What You'll Bring Top 3 Skills Needed: Understanding of property rights processes Strong Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management Analytical & Database Management Skills Real Estate / Permitting / Utility Industry Experience Candidate Must-Haves: Stakeholder management/relationship building Ability to analyze information and identify missing requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to build and maintain business relationships Strong follow-up and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Experience maintaining project trackers and status reports Specific Experience / Technical Skills: uPPM, PERMS, SharePoint, or similar workflow systems Excel Experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders Deal Breakers: Inability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Weak communication, relationship-building, or stakeholder management skills Lack of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and database-driven work environments Inability to work independently and follow through on assignments Lack of attention to detail when managing documentation, permits, and project records Top performers are fast learners, strong team players, and committed to accuracy and inclusiveness, Location: Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181: Hybrid: In office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
