Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with mission, values, and service standards. Description: This position involves providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery specialty. Nurses will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. They will exhibit professional accountability in all aspects of patient care. Collaboration with other departments is essential to ensure effective patient care coordination. Patient confidentiality and rights must be maintained at all times.
