Securitization Associate

Job Overview Our New York office is looking for a Corporate Associate that focuses on complex financing transactions, including securitizations, asset-based finance, and other structured finance products. The role requires three to six years of law firm experience and admission to the New York Bar. Responsibilities Structure and negotiate complex, highly bespoke transactions for a wide range of sophisticated clients. Partner with investment banks, investors, issuers, and other market participants to find creative, practical ways to expand existing asset classes and develop new ones. Work at the forefront with new and esoteric assets. Qualifications 3–6 years of law firm experience, focusing on corporate transactions. Admitted to the New York Bar. Compensation Salary range: $260,000 – $390,000 (exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience). Work Arrangement Full‑time, permanent contract; location: New York.
