This contract opportunity calls for a dedicated Physical Therapist to support school-age students for four days per week. The role focuses on delivering therapy to students in a low-incidence classroom experience, providing personalized interventions and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Pennsylvania
• Background working in pediatric settings, ideally schools or educational programs
• Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and related documentation
• Experience adapting interventions for varying levels of physical, developmental, and cognitive needs
• Expertise in collaborating with teachers, families, and related service providers
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Serve school-age students in a low-incidence classroom, offering interventions, evaluations, and progress monitoring
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in alignment with student IEPs
• Attend multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to educational planning
• Provide recommendations for adaptive equipment and safe movement within the school
• Maintain thorough documentation to ensure compliance with district and state policies
• Educate staff and families about techniques to support students’ progress both in and out of the classroom
