Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented General Manager to join our cabinetry manufacturing team. This role requires a true Front-man, able to rally the troops / motivate the team with strong leadership, proven production management expertise, and a deep understanding of millwork manufacturing and project management.

Responsibilities

-Complete any pertinent safety checklists with shop staff, enforce safety requirements per OSHA standards to ensure a safe shop & immediately respond to any reports of unsafe conditions.

-Mange all projects from sales / estimates to install with everything in between, including engineering, purchasing, project P&L, and more.

-Supervise and monitor daily activities of shop employees to ensure production is in line with project schedules.

-Monitor that cabinetry is being produced efficiently on a daily basis to company and projects quality standards.

-Use computer software (Cabinet Vision) and the internet to organize, track, and communicate as needed.

-Accurately read and interpret plans, specs, and shop drawings.

Requirements

-Must be familiar with all safety features on equipment, machinery, or materials used for job duties.

-Abilities to work hands-on with team of 15+ and scaling the business for continued growth.

-Knowledge of cabinetry materials, construction, and installation processes.

-Minimum of 3 years of experience in cabinetry or equivalent field.

-Able to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

-Demonstrate strong judgement and decision-making skills.

-Proficient in Cabinet Vision.
