Fred Beans Acura of Abington is looking for an experienced Parts Manager to join our team!

The Parts Manager is responsible for running a profitable and efficient parts department. The parts manager will accomplish objectives through the use of proper purchasing procedures, inventory control, staff utilization security, pricing, merchandising, displaying and advertising.

What you'll do:

• Ensure that the correct stock status parts are available for customers.
• Monitors the flow of work in the Parts Department and intervenes as needed to ensure the work is completed on time.
• Monitors and evaluates employee performance with Parts Department regularly.
• Follows up with parts customers to ensure they are satisfied with service.
• Monitors Parts Upgrade performance metrics.
• Manages departmental expenses in an effort to ensure the profitability of the dealership.

Requirements

What you'll need:

• Minimum of High School degree or equivalent.
• Current driver's license with clean driving record.
• 2 years in an automotive Parts Department preferred.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Experience with Ford and ADP/CDK a plus
• Physical Requirements- Lift up to 50 lbs
