About the Role: Our client, an Am Law firm, is seeking an Associate to join their Corporate & Finance practice group.
\n \nAbout the Role: Full-time, Direct Hire
\n \nThis position offers the opportunity to work alongside partners and clients on complex transactions across a diverse range of industries.
\n \nLocation: Indianapolis, IN
\n \nEstimated Annual Salary: $210,000 - $265,000

Qualifications:
\n- \n
- 2 to 5 years of experience handling corporate and transactional matters \n
- Experience with entity formation and governance, commercial financing, as well as additional complex business transactions \n
- ESOP transaction experience preferred \n
- Drafting and deal negotiation skills \n
- Member of the Indiana Bar \n
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school required. \n
- Excellent Communication & Writing Skills. \n
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. \n
- Analytical and problem solving abilities \n
