Job Description
Title: IR Tech - Interventional Radiology

Schedule:
- Days
- 10-hour shifts (M-F, rotating day off)

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

Requirements:
- ARRT Radiography certification
- Kansas State Board of Healing Arts license
- 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology (IR) with scrub experience required
- 3 years of experience preferred, preferably in a large healthcare facility; experience with peripheral and neurovascular procedures is a plus

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing care within the Interventional Radiology unit.
- Ensure proper setup and utilization of imaging technologies and equipment.
- Collaborate with physicians and medical staff during procedures.
- Maintain patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
- Adhere to facility protocols and best practices in imaging standards.

Compliance / Notes:
- Orientation every Monday and Tuesday; attendance at nursing orientation Wednesday through Friday (bi-weekly) required.
- Nicotine-free facility.
- Facility conducts background checks and drug screens as per standard compliance policies.
